"Saddle Plugs" are a bit more narrow in the middle. No rubber rings are necessary for fixation and the Plug or Tunnel has a nice fit in the ear lobe.

As opposed to Piercing-Jewelry made from synthetic materials or stainless steel the formation of odors during wearing is greatly reduced.
