Payment and Shipping
We send your jewelry hygienically sealed - on the same day
If we receive payment until approx. 1:30 pm (German time zone) on a working day, we ship on the same day, otherwise on the next working day.
Every piece of jewelry meant to be inserted into the body (Piercings, Earrings, Plugs and Tunnels etc.) is hygienically sealed and shipped.
After opening the hygienically sealed packaging NO return or exchange is possible anymore!
This way you can be sure to never receive jewelry from us which has already been used by someone else.
Items from natural materials like wood, horn or bone are not sterilisable.

Generally we ship to all countries on this planet without exception - from Greenland to Antarctica.

Should there be no different statement on the offer page, delivery will be made within 1 to 5 days within Germany, in all other countries within 5 - 30 days after finalizing the transaction (if agreed upon prepayment after the point of payment). Take note that on sundays and holidays no shipping or delivery can be made. Should you have ordered items with different delivery times, we ship all items in one single shipment as long as we have not agreed upon a different approach. Delivery times depend in these cases upon the item with the longest delivery time.
Within Germany shipments usually reach the recipient on the next working day.
For international shipping it is much more difficult to give a reliable estimate for delivery times. However, most shipments will receive a tracking number and can thus be tracked at all times.
Depending on the delivery country we experience delivery times between less than a week up to more than a month (in rare cases). With some countries it is notable that several weeks can pass until the shipment is registered in the target postal system for tracking shipments (after the German Postal Service has already registered the hand-over to the target country).
Delay / Loss
Should you at one time wait in vain for your shipment, do get in touch with us. Please judge for yourself if a delay may be reasonable (unusual weather conditions, strikes, busy holiday season, ...).
Also it is possible that a shipment gets lost during transportation (even if extremely rare). Before we issue a replacement, we usually ask you for a little more patience to wait for a possibly delayed delivery.
