Handcrafted tunnel made of buffalo horn or ebony with elaborate BDSM triskelion (so-called Tomoe) with bone inlay.

Since buffalo horn is not always available as raw material for this plug in large sizes from 20 mm, these are alternatively made of dark arang wood (blackwood / ebony).

"Saddle Plugs" are a bit more narrow in the middle. No rubber rings are necessary for fixation and the Plug or Tunnel has a nice fit in the ear lobe.
