Payment and dispatch

The following terms and conditions apply:

Dispatch conditions

The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

Wir berechnen pauschale Versandkosten von 1,50 € pro Bestellung. Ab einem Warenwert von 20 € berechnen wir keine Versandkosten.
Deliveries to foreign countries:

Wir versenden international für pauschal 3,99 € und zusätzlich 0,50 € pro weiterem Artikel, aber niemals mehr als 6,99 € insgesamt.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 30 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Terms of payment

For domestic deliveries (Germany) the following payment options are available:

Payment via PayPal Plus (credit card, direct debit, invoice) 
Payment via Skrill

In case of deliveries to a foreign country, you have the following payment options:

Shipping times

When payment is received until 13:30 pm (working days) we will ship the order on the same day.

Worldwide Shipping

In international shipping unfortunately is very difficult to provide reliable information, nevertheless all shipments get a tracking number and are thus always traceable.
Depending on the country of delivery we experience delivery times between less than a week to a month or even longer (in rare cases). In some countries it is obvious that it takes sometimes several weeks, until the shipment is recognized in the country of delivery (after the German Post has already reported the transfer to the destination country).

Delay / Loss

Should you wait too long for a shipment, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please estimate whether a delay is conceivable (unusual weather conditions, strike, ...). A loss is always possible (though fortunately rare). Before we send you a replacement, we always ask for a little patience to await a possible delayed delivery (specially international delivery).
