Payment and Shipping


We ship hygienically sealed - on the same day

With payment reception before 1:30 pm (German time) we will ship on the same working day, otherwise on the next.

Each piece of jewelry which is meant to be inserted into the body (Piercings, Earrings, Plugs and Tunnels etc.) we ship hygienically sealed. Also, items made from natural materials like wood, horn or bone are not sterilizable.

Attention

After the sealed packaging has been opened NO return or exchange is possible anymore!

This way you can be sure to never receive previously used jewelry (i.e. from a return of another customer) from us.


We ship worldwide

Generally we ship in all countries on this planet - from Greenland to Antarctica.

Restrictions through COVID-19

Due to local circumstances our shipment partners are unable to deliver to all countries at this time.
Valid delivery countries are selectable during checkout.

Germany

  • 5,50 € per order
  • free shipping from 100 € total value

If not stated differently on the offer page, deliveries to Germany will be made within 1 - 5 days, to all other countries within 5- 30 days after conclusion of contract. Please note that no shipments and deliveries are made on Sundays or holidays. Should you have ordered items with different delivery times we will deliver all items in one shipment as long as we have not agreed to proceed differently. Delivery times are in this case determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Delivery duration

Within Germany shipments usually reach their destination on the next working day.

In international shipping it is much harder to pre-determine reliable delivery times,. All international shipments are trackable though.

Depending on destination country we experience delivery times between less than one week and up to a month or (in rare cases) even longer. With certain delivery countries is is worth mentioning that occasionally it can take several weeks until the shipment is registered in the destination country (after the German Postal Service has reported the handover).

Delay / Loss

Should it happen that you at one time wait for your delivery in vain, contact us. Please apply common sense whether a delay is feasible (unusual weather, strike, global pandemics, ...).

A loss during transportation is also possible (even if very rare luckily). Before we issue a second shipment we will ask you to be patient and wait for a possibly delayed delivery.
